Hello! These 3-Ingredient Trail Mix Cookies are wonderfully simple to make and full of delicious flavour!
Ingredients
2 large ripe bananas, mashed
1 cup quick oats
½ (heaping) cup trail mix (assortment of nuts, seeds, dried fruits, chocolate chips, etc).
¼ tsp vanilla extract (optional)
¼ tsp sea salt (optional)
Method
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix together the mashed bananas, quick oats, trail mix, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined.
- Measure out ¼ cup of dough, form a ball with the palms of your hands, and place it at least two inches apart on the baking sheet, making 13 cookies. Gently flatten each cookie with your hand.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the tops are firm and the bottoms are lightly golden-brown. Let the cookies cool slightly on the baking sheet before enjoying.
