3-Ingredient Trail Mix Cookies

Hello! These 3-Ingredient Trail Mix Cookies are wonderfully simple to make and full of delicious flavour!


2 large ripe bananas, mashed
1 cup quick oats
½ (heaping) cup trail mix (assortment of nuts, seeds, dried fruits, chocolate chips, etc).
¼ tsp vanilla extract (optional)
¼ tsp sea salt (optional)


  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the mashed bananas, quick oats, trail mix, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined.
  3. Measure out ¼ cup of dough, form a ball with the palms of your hands, and place it at least two inches apart on the baking sheet, making 13 cookies. Gently flatten each cookie with your hand.
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the tops are firm and the bottoms are lightly golden-brown. Let the cookies cool slightly on the baking sheet before enjoying.
