1 lb. imitation crab meat , flake style
2 tablespoons minced jalapeno , 1 medium jalapeno seeded and deveined
¼ cup diced shallot
½ cup sliced celery stalks
¼ cup mayonnaise
¼ cup light sour cream
1 tablespoon lemon juice , fresh squeezed
.5 ounces chopped fresh dill
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
PREPARE THE DRESSING:
- In a large bowl, combine the mayonnaise, light sour cream, lemon juice, salt, pepper, fresh chopped dill and mix well.
PREPARE THE CRAB SALAD:
