Air fryer sticky Korean chicken tacos

This air fryer spin on Korean glazed chicken will make taco Tuesday the best ever! It’s fusion feeds for the win.

Ingredients

1 egg, lightly whisked
300g packet Taste Meal Kit Korean Sticky Chicken
500g chicken thigh fillets, trimmed, cut into 5cm pieces
1 baby cos lettuce, leaves separated
250g packet qukes (baby cucumbers), sliced
10 small flour tortillas, warmed
Kewpie Mayonnaise, to serve

METHOD

  1. Place the egg in a bowl. Place the meal kit chicken seasoning on a plate. Dip the chicken in the egg then in seasoning, pressing firmly to coat. Place on a plate
  2. Spray air fryer basket with oil. Place half the chicken in the basket and spray with oil. Cook at 180C, turning halfway through cooking, for 10 minutes or until cooked through. Repeat with the remaining chicken.
  3. Meanwhile, place the meal kit sauce in a large microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on high for 1 minute or until the sauce is heated through.
  4. Add the chicken to the bowl and toss through the sauce until well combined. Divide the lettuce, quke and chicken among the warm tortillas. Drizzle over mayonnaise to serve.
